First Sunday weigh-in

I HIT A MILESTONE!  I lost 5 pounds!


So, my next goal this week is to continue to hit my points without going over AND making sure I get all my liquids for the day.

I am super hungry today, but I have been cleaning like a mad woman, organizing and getting things checked off my list, which feels good, but it still makes me hungry.

OH, AND I went to the grocery store--we needed to stock up a little, I didn't go last week, so I spent $112 and SAVED $126!  Harris Teeter was having Super Doubles!

So good!

I have been a "part" of this journey with my sister, but haven't really been an active part.  It was a case of "talking and not walking."

Not anymore!  I joined Weight Watchers Online last Saturday night.  I have been at it for a few days, and barring a few headaches, it is going okay.  I think the headaches are just from changing my eating habits.  So, I am excited that I now have taken control of the creeping weight gain!  My first goal is 5 pounds.

I am mainly concentrating on hitting my points for right now.  Each week, I am going to add a new part, i.e. getting all my water, getting all my fruits and veggies, so on.
