As you can see, my fears came true. I didn't do as well today. I had testing today, and the new drinking water thing is making me go to the bathroom, so I had to pace myself, so I didn't get my water in. Then, at Fuddruckers, I had the "I don't wanna stay in points" attitude. Stinks. Oh well, there is always tomorrow. At least I have one green up there.

Today wasn't too bad. I had a Dr. Pepper earlier in the day to perhaps avoid a headache that I developed last night. I had all my water by the time I got home and had stuffed sole. YUM-O.

Yesterday I had 0 veggies, today I had 2 servings. I still put red, because I am supposed to have 5 servings. But, little by little right? Habits are hard to break and reform. I am a little nervous about tomorrow night, since I have a birthday dinner at Fuddruckers, and they don't really post their nutritional information. I will just try my best, but I do have weekly points. Let you know!

I ordered The 30 Day Shred by Jillian Michaels from amazon.com...I have done two days and I am in pain!! I have a goal to complete the video 30 days in a row to see what it does for me...So far I love that it is really only 20 minutes long. That's it! 20 Minutes! I can also say that I am totally sweating by the time its complete. I feel sore in places I haven't felt in a long, long time! I hope it makes some difference. I am going to try to continue to train for the River Run...I haven't been really diligent on this.
I have been doing well with keeping within my points this week! I feel good too. I know that I enjoy food A LOT. Christmas was fun to eat and drink as I pleased, but I was feeling yuck b/c of all the junk. I will update soon to let you know how the SHRED is going!

Hi! I wanted to blog about my first week back trying to count points and such. I am pleased to say that I lost 1.4 pounds last week! I did horrible this weekend...I worked and so I just didn't plan well, which makes all the difference for me. My mini goal is now to lose 8.6 pounds! Yay. I will continue this week counting points and being aware of what I'm eating. I started running again. It was HARD! I will continue this as well...it will get easier. I also ordered a DVD Jillian's 30 Day Shred! Yikes! I read tons of reviews and decided to order it. Should come tomorrow and I will blog my review! Have a great week.

I do not know where I've been lately...oh, wait-I do! I've fallen off the wagon of caring about losing weight and I have completely eaten and drank my way through the holidays. I feel like a lazy slug and I am more motivated than I have been in a long while. I do not make New Year's Resolutions because I find them to be cliche. I have set some goals for the coming months.
I bought a scale to keep track of my weight/progress weekly.
I made three posters for Jan/Feb/Mar with a training schedule for a 15K in March.
I will track my weekly weight/progress on these calendars also.
I bought a small journal/book where I will write my food and points.
My goal is small with wanting to lose 10 pounds. I may surpass this but I was something that seems reachable. I also hope to post my progress and write about the process on this blog more often. Looking forward to it.
